Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive.
Our cut-off time for weekend deliveries is 10:30 AM on Thursday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday

If there are any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

Please note:
We currently ship only within the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Scotland or Northern Ireland at this time.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us to organise this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will not accept a refund request for items that have had the date of delivery changed by the customer. Once the order is in transit it is on a time limit so extending that time limit is not advisable. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

DOG FOOD RETURNS

We regret that we are unable to accept returns for frozen products after the date of delivery as we are unable to guarantee their condition upon return to us.

We are continually looking for ways to improve our service to you so would appreciate feedback on why you feel the need to cancel or return your order, although you are under no obligation to do so.
